InSync operates a 16,000 sq. ft. facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Optics fabricated here have supported Free Electron Laser research programs.

    Continued operations under Rockwell International.

    Became part of Boeing following Rockwell's aerospace acquisitions.

    Spun off as InSync, Inc., an independently operated fabrication company.
